Benefits of taking a break?

So i’ve been trying on and off for years, almost nearing the double digits to no avail. No PCOS but on and off again irregular periods. Within the past 6-8 months I’ve just given up completely. When I say given up, I decided to take a break as a whole. I was just wondering if anyone has experienced any success after giving yourself a prolonged break? I’m literally just grasping at straws here.

I'm sorry, that must be soo hard. Have you had any support from a fertility clinic and had any investigations or anything in that time? Xx
